What Is Resin Bound Paving?
Resin bound paving is a specially formulated flexible two-part polyurethane resin, mixed with dried aggregates that set to create a flat, smooth, durable surface
The resin bound materials are mixed on site and are hand trowelled forming a matrix like structure, allowing water to flow through
The dried aggregates used in the system are 100% natural and therefore do not lose their colour or diminish in strength

What's the difference between resin bonded and resin bound driveways? There are two main categories of resin driveway systems; resin bonded and resin bound. The difference is all to do with how the aggregate is applied. In resin-bonded systems, the gravel is scattered onto a pre-applied resin layer before it sets.
What is resin bound system?
A resin bound system is a surface solution that involves a hard-wearing course of resin mixed with dried aggregates. This is laid onto a new or existing macadam or concrete base. Unlike a resin bonded system, in which the dried aggregates are scattered over a full layer of resin, a resin bound system is permeable.
